Field Sales Manager
South West Hygiene, the largest independent washroom services company in the South West is recruiting for a Field Sales Manager to join our growing team.
You will be joining a very pro-active and successful company, with an enviable reputation for service that offers the opportunity of becoming a key-player within the Sales department and will be responsible for selling washroom hygiene equipment and service contracts, directly to businesses and other organisations. Also you will be allocated some Key account management.
To be successful, you will have an experienced sales background of a minimum of twelve months preferably in the washroom hygiene industry (although a proven background in another industry may be considered) with excellent new business generation and negotiation skills.
You must also have excellent people management skills, a good understanding of business costs, profitability and the ability to produce quotes along with being self-motivated, organised and target driven.
In return a competitive of £19K-£24K (Dependant on relevant experience) and a realistic OTE of £24K (which is uncapped) package is offered plus company car, fuel card, laptop and mobile phone.
40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00.
3 month probationary trial period.
Holiday entitlement starts at 28 days and increases with salary to a maximum of 33 days.
